Fast by design
Each screen loads with a handful of storage reads, so large test libraries open quickly. In our tests, importing 800 CI results took about one second.
Test cases that stay put
Folders, steps with test data and expected results, priorities, labels and reusable steps: call one test case from another instead of copying it.
Cycles and runs
Build a cycle from a folder or a selection, then run it step by step. Mark pass, fail, blocked or skipped, add comments and defect keys, and jump to the next test.
Traceability and coverage
Link test cases to stories, bugs and epics. A panel on every issue shows its tests and latest results. The coverage report shows what is passing, failing, not run or untested for any JQL.
CI import
Send JUnit XML, Playwright JSON or Cypress mochawesome JSON from any pipeline with curl. Results match test cases automatically, and new tests are created for you.
Easy migration
Import test cases from CSV or Excel, including multi-row steps and nested folders. Works with Zephyr Essential and TestRail exports.
Runs entirely on Forge
Built on Atlassian Forge with no outside servers. Your test data stays in Atlassian. No AI, no tracking.
Fair pricing
Free for up to 10 users, then $3 per user per month, billed through Atlassian.
Import results from CI
A Jira admin creates a per-site API token in Settings > Marketplace apps > Manage apps > Apps > Proofline CI import. Then add one step to your pipeline:
curl -sf -X POST "$PROOFLINE_URL?project=ABC&format=playwright&cycle=Nightly" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $PROOFLINE_TOKEN" --data-binary @results.json
Use format=junit for Jest, pytest, Maven, Gradle, Go and most other runners, format=playwright for the Playwright JSON reporter, and format=cypress for mochawesome.
Requirements
