End User License Agreement

Last updated: October 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Pledona (“Pledona”) and the customer that installs or uses a Pledona app, such as Threadline for Jira (the “App”), from the Atlassian Marketplace (“Customer”). By installing or using the App, Customer agrees to this Agreement.

1. License

Subject to this Agreement and payment of applicable fees through Atlassian, Pledona grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App with Customer's Atlassian cloud products for its internal business purposes during the subscription term, for the number of users licensed.

2. Purchasing

Purchases, trials, renewals, refunds and taxes are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. If a subscription lapses, the App may stop sending notifications. Configuration is kept until uninstall.

3. Restrictions

Customer won't: (a) reverse engineer the App except as allowed by law; (b) resell, sublicense or provide the App to third parties; (c) use the App to send unlawful content or to violate Google's or Atlassian's terms; (d) circumvent licensing or usage limits.

4. Customer data

Customer keeps all rights to its data. The App processes data as described in the Privacy Policy. Customer is responsible for the Google Chat spaces and webhooks it configures and for who can see messages there.

5. Third-party services

The App depends on Atlassian Forge and Google Chat, which are provided under their own terms. Pledona isn't responsible for their availability or changes.

6. Support and updates

Pledona provides support as described at pledona.com/support and may update the App from time to time.

7. Intellectual property

Pledona and its licensors own the App. Feedback may be used without obligation.

8. Warranty disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND PLEDONA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Notifications may be delayed, batched or missed. Don't rely on the App as your only alert for critical incidents.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. PLEDONA'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Term and termination

This Agreement lasts while Customer uses the App. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Customer may stop at any time by uninstalling. Sections 4, 7–11 survive.

11. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction. Pledona may update this Agreement with notice on this page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Contact: contact@pledona.com.
