This policy explains how Pledona (“Pledona”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our Atlassian Marketplace apps, including Threadline for Jira (the “App”), and this website. Contact: contact@pledona.com.
1. Summary
The App runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. Pledona does not operate servers for the App and cannot access your Jira data or Google Chat content. The App sends notification messages only to the Google Chat webhooks your Jira administrators configure.
2. Data the App processes

Messages sent to Google Chat are processed by Google under your organization's agreement with Google.
3. Our role
For customer content processed by the App, the customer is the controller and Atlassian hosts the processing. To the extent Pledona is considered a processor, we process data only to provide the App as instructed through its configuration.
4. What we don't do
No analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, data sales, profiling, or AI/model training. The App doesn't read Google Chat messages. It only posts through webhooks.
5. Information we receive directly
If you email support, we receive your name, email and whatever you send us. We use it only to help you and keep it for up to 24 months. Atlassian shares licensing and billing contact information with Marketplace partners. We use it for licensing, billing support and essential service notices. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs for security.
6. Data residency and transfers
App data is stored in Atlassian Forge hosted storage and follows Atlassian's Forge data residency where available. Notification content is sent to Google Chat, which may process it outside your region.
7. Your rights and choices
Jira administrators can delete routes and clear the delivery log at any time. Uninstalling removes the App's storage. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal information, including under PIPEDA and the GDPR. Contact contact@pledona.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children
The App is a business tool and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We'll post updates here and change the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we'll give notice through the Marketplace listing or by email to billing contacts.
